Welcome to QuizGK. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing any premium quiz, mock test, or category access from our platform.
1. Digital Product Policy
QuizGK provides digital educational content such as quizzes, mock tests, and premium category access. Once access is activated and delivered to the user account, the purchase is generally considered final.
2. No Refund After Access Activation
After successful payment and activation of premium access, refunds will normally not be provided because digital content cannot be returned.
3. Refund in Technical Failure Cases
A refund or access reactivation may be considered only if:
- Payment is deducted successfully but premium access is not activated.
- Technical issues from our side prevent the user from accessing purchased content.
4. Duplicate Payment
If a user accidentally makes multiple payments for the same category or service, the extra payment may be reviewed and adjusted after verification.
5. Verification Requirement
For any refund-related issue, users may be asked to provide:
- Payment screenshot
- Transaction ID / UTR number
- Registered mobile number or username
6. Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it may take 5–7 working days depending on the payment provider or banking system.
